Special Order Items - Must be paid for in full for the order to be processed.  Special Order Items are quoted 7-10 business days for the arrival time.  If the SOI should arrive sooner, TKMS office will contact your to schedule the Return Repair Appointment.

Policy  - when service is provided to a customer without an open, active warranty/insurance company claim, any outstanding debts/payments are required to be paid prior to installation of any parts or system units.

DO YOU HAVE TO REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY? 

While some companies frame the questionnaire as though it will validate your warranty, a sales receipt should usually suffice if you need to file a warranty claim, Consumer Reports finds. One advantage of registering is that a manufacturer can notify you if a product has been recalled.
