JOB DESCRIPTION:
What the tech did:
This 50 gallon gas water heater was leaking from both hot and cold inlet. Unit has a protective aluminum pan but it is not connected to any drain. Emergency relief valve is hard piped to washing machine drain line.
Modification for flue pipe from 3” to 4”. Gas line had to be extended. Water lines all had to be moved. Vacuum breaker installed. Expansion tank installed.
